Agreement
By accessing trkhaus.com or using any TrkHaus Golf Club services you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree please do not use our services.
Membership
Memberships are subject to the terms outlined at the time of signup including contract length, monthly fees, and included benefits. Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis and cancellations must be submitted in writing with notice as specified in your membership agreement. TrkHaus reserves the right to modify membership pricing and benefits with reasonable notice.
Bay Bookings
Bay reservations are managed through our GymMaster booking portal. TrkHaus reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to facility maintenance, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to fees as outlined in your membership agreement.
Tournaments
Participation in TrkHaus tournaments is open to members and eligible guests as specified per tournament. Tournament results are based on TrackMan scoring data and are considered final. TrkHaus reserves the right to disqualify participants for violation of tournament rules or unsportsmanlike conduct. Prize credits and payouts are issued at the discretion of TrkHaus and are subject to applicable program terms.
Revenue Share and Referral Programs
Participation in the Revenue Share Program and Referral Program is subject to program terms which may be updated at any time. Credits and payouts are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of their intended use within the TrkHaus ecosystem.
Facility Rules
Members and guests are expected to treat the facility, equipment, and other members with respect. TrkHaus reserves the right to revoke membership or access for any individual who violates facility rules, engages in disruptive behavior, or causes damage to the property. Alcohol consumption is permitted for guests 21 and over who are responsible for their own conduct.
Liability Waiver
Use of TrkHaus facilities is at your own risk. TrkHaus Golf Club is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring on the premises. By using our facilities you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on trkhaus.com including text, images, logos, and design is the property of TrkHaus Golf Club and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Changes to Terms
TrkHaus reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
